The Chodove People

Howdy Folks. Please be patient as we configure the new site in our new online home. We will be Back Soon!

Normally within the walls if this site is vast amounts of historical data based upon the Chodové People of Bohemia. At the moment, we have had to remove the data. Don't worry, its not gone, just sitting off to the side waiting for a major update and a nice site facelift before it is all back up again.

And, there will be new data as well. We have managed to find cousins across the world, hook up with a wonderful professor who is studying the Chods rich heritage, get into contact with archives that are holding important historical data about our family, and add to the over 20,000 individuals we have found to be related to the Chod.

Including such surnames as MIKOLAS, HRUSKA/RUSHKA, HRABI, MARTINOVSKY, KELLER, NEYEDLY, WESELAK, etc.
This website will soon contain my own research.
Including a mix of ukrainian (WERESCHUK, SAUCHUK, KRILL,PURCHAGGA, DZUSEL, KOROLL, EFTODA, ANTONY, WINCHERUK, PITZ, BUTZ, etc.) and scottish (RATTRAY, SIM, MITCHELL, CLARK, WATT, TAYLOR, IRONSIDE, NOBLE, DOWNIE, etc.) ancesty.
This site will also contain the connecting families of those branches.
Including the BUCKBERGER/BUCHBERGER, SALKELD, TRAINOR, RENKAS, KNEZACEK, NAGY, ST. MARIE, etc. families.
This site will also contain some of the genealogies of other families within the same communities.

Eventually this site will contain many many family genealogies as the subscribers post their trees and related information to the website.

This site is for ALL genealogists, family historians and the like, not just the ones researching my interests (Chodove, Rattray, etc). My interests grow each time I add a name, date or location to my tree. The more subscribers, the more areas of research that will be covered in the site.
