I am wondering why on one Forum home page before login it states "Log in to post new content in forum" and then when logged in and in the next Forum home page it states "You are not allowed to post new content in forum.

Yes, we are still needing help. I am looking for some people that are website savvy and can tour around the site testing different things and letting me know what they can do/see and can't do/see.

Forum posting test
When I go to Forums I get a list of three to choose from - It states you are not allowed to post new content on forum. Is that what you are asking me to try to do? I am not able to figure out how to 'post something'at this point if this is what you are requesting to test.
I can view the comments and reply to same in the forums.
